Bonnie Jones, president of Bonnie Jones Associates, L.L.C. has over 24 years of experience in the field of employment recruiting. She has earned a reputation for integrity and professionalism in building relationships with numerous law firms and other businesses. She manages her company’s business relationships personally and provides her extensive staffing expertise in meeting their employment needs.

Ms. Jones earned her B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University. She began her career in staffing in 1986 as a recruiter for a permanent placement agency where she quickly became one of their most successful recruiters. In 1991, she joined the staff of a well known placement agency as Director of Employment Relations.

After over 15 years with that firm, Ms. Jones formed Bonnie Jones Associates, L.L.C. and continues to provide employers and candidates with the highest quality service in the recruiting field. She has partnered with a team of recruiting professionals who offer over 80 years of combined staffing experience in the business, medical and legal community. Each partner shares the same philosophy regarding the recruiting process – provide exemplary service each and every time using innovative and proven methods that get results.

Ms. Jones continually educates herself and her staff on new employment laws, techniques and industry trends. She is involved in both business and social issues in her community and she holds leadership positions in various volunteer organizations in the Washington, DC area.
