Bonnie Jones, President of Bonnie Jones Associates, brings over three decades of expertise in professional recruiting and talent strategy. She is widely recognized for her integrity, deep industry knowledge, and long-standing relationships with law firms and corporate clients throughout the Washington, D.C. region. Known for her personal approach and commitment to excellence, Bonnie partners directly with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions that drive long-term success.

Bonnie earned her B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University and began her recruiting career in 1986. She quickly became one of the top-performing recruiters at a leading permanent placement agency before advancing to Director of Employment Relations at a nationally recognized firm.

In 2008, Bonnie founded Bonnie Jones Associates, L.L.C., with a mission to provide employers and candidates with the highest standard of service in the recruiting field, mationwide. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a trusted partner for law firms, corporations, and nonprofit organizations, offering over 80 years of combined experience across the legal, business, and non-profit communities.

Dedicated to continual learning, Bonnie stays at the forefront of industry trends, employment law, and best practices in recruiting. She is also deeply involved in her community and has held leadership roles in numerous volunteer and professional organizations throughout the Washington, DC area.

Before joining Bonnie Jones Associates full-time, Stephanie built her career with a national staffing firm, where she gained broad experience across finance, accounting, and legal recruiting. Today, she continues the firm’s 30-year legacy of excellence, expanding its reach through innovative sourcing tools, digital marketing, and a commitment to service that reflects the company’s core values.
