Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant BJA121

One of the world’s top 100 law firms is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Duties include: answering, directing and placing telephone calls. Greeting and directing visitors to appropriate destinations. Document management including word processing. Faxing, copying, mailing and other administrative tasks. Assisting clients with basic technology setups, such as laptops and telephones. Provide assistance with audiovisual equipment and lighting systems necessary for presentations, etc. Scheduling meeting and conference rooms, including coordinating catering, room setup, and equipment needs. Coordinating Conference Center cleaning with housekeeping staff. Ensuring that Conference Center is properly stocked with necessary items, such as beverages, condiments, newspapers and office supplies.
Qualifications: strong client services background. Prefer experience in large law firm. Maintain a hospitality/concierge style atmosphere. Good typing and Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to troubleshoot fax machines, copiers and other basic office equipment. Basic knowledge of travel, lodging and restaurants in the area is needed.
