Awesome law firm located at Metro Center offers the best hours, benefits and environment.  They are seeking a top notch Executive/Personal Legal Secretary to support this very well known and well respected Co-Chair of a large Department in the firm and who sits on many high level committees.  The Partner is a dynamic person, soft spoken, friendly, utilizes and relies heavily on her assistant.  You will also probably support two or three very self sufficient associates.

Please be highly technically skilled, flexible, proactive, able to work independently and think on the run, have good communication skills - lots of client contact and visibility; professional demeanor; strong Word skills, Excel, PowerPoint; confidentiality is of the utmost importance; team player, must be able to handle attorney business and personal matters during and after business hours.   Also you need to be very detailed oriented, a team player and someone who is accustomed to making travel arrangements and keeping up with frequent flyer miles, etc.  This position is administrative and legal which requires someone who can juggle things well; responsibilities include travel (business and family), scheduling (business and social), expense reports, etc.

A college degree is preferred and 3-5 years of legal and/or executive secretarial experience in a law firm or professional services firm or on the Hill.

The salary range for this position is to $70,000.  Hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm.  The firm offers 100% paid benefits and minimal cost for family, $4,000 a year tuition reimbursement, 35 hour work week, 30 days paid time off and MORE!

Senior Administrative Assistant   BJA559

Large, growing corporation needs a senior level administrative assistant.  You will provide advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support for multiple managers in the support services department.   Create advanced PowerPoint presentations.  Initiate correspondence, resolve complex inquiries, coordinate complex meetings, travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and coordinate manager's time commitments both internally and externally.  Interaction w/senior company officers, employees, government officials, customers and community leaders on a local and national basis.  You will have the authority to handle most issues in the manager's absence.

Database Coordinator   BJA909

One of the world’s top 100 law firms is seeking a Database Coordinator.  You will be responsible for coordinating firm-wide marketing and external communication activities, with particular emphasis on CRM utilization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the data steward for the firm’s CRM database, identifying and enacting maintenance procedures to improve data quality.
  • Work with group leaders and marketing managers to create and maintain targeted practice and industry mailing lists.
  • Track outreach activities and generate reports at the client and contact levels.
  • Coordinate client outreach mailings, distribution of e-alerts, and tracking of RSVPs.
  • Implement processes to capture intelligence for new and existing clients, prospects, and alumni.
  • Work with lawyers to import and integrate personal contacts from Outlook.
  • Provide assistance with CRM training and technical support, and enforce data quality standards.
  • Support the maintenance of the Marketing Online Resources, an intranet-based repository of marketing and business development materials.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or IT-related field.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interest in and facility with technology and software, including CRM packages, Excel and PowerPoint.  InterAction, Adobe and InDesign skills a plus.

Compensation:
